Yes, I do.
In this time, where movies like "The Secret" and others like it have brought attention to the power of our thought, we become more aware as a public, what some scientist, philosophers, business people, life coaches, and other sucessful people already know.
Within us, lays the simple answer to all the questions we are looking for. Within us, we know already how to create the life we really want. Sometimes we just need to be reminded.
The principles of the Law of Attraction are simple, but need to be followed diligently. The good news is, that we can start, and re-start the process of co-creation at any time. Letting Go - Why letting others be as they are, can be the best gift, you give yourself

People surrounding us, make choices, we usually would not dream of doing. I am sure, you have been confronted or witnessed a family member dating an inappropriate person (so we think), or a friend is selling herself short, by settling for a job that is below her abilities.
You wish you could help, you are full of adivice, and ready to point towrad what you know would be the best for them.
Stop! Hold it, right there!
Controlling other people choices or even giving unsolicitated comments regarding their situations, is not only a bad idea, but a burden that you should not be putting upon yourself!
Keep the following two points in mind:
First: How does it feel when you are being told how you should choose? That was hard enough to take as a child and teenager. Do you really, honestly apprechiate unsolicitated advice. Did one ever really make you feel good, or at least better? ... (more)

Feelings are an important guideline in the process of Co-Creation - Process and making the Law of Attraction work for you.
While it is impossible to track each thought, your emotions are a reflection of what you are thinking, a combination of what is going on in your mind, and an indicator, to tell you, if you are alligned with your Source, and ultimatly alligned with what you want.
This brings us to the conclusion, that one way to create an abundance in our lives, is by being in the correct feeling place, directed toward the desired outcome.

5 Things I learned While Practicing Yoga

I admit, I am a novice at Yoga, even though I am proud to be able to say, that I regognize some of the poses by name now. At the same time, even though it has been a relatively short expierience with Yoga for me so far, I am suprised how much I enjoy each days practice, and how much I get out of the moments of movement.
Here are five things I have learned while practicing Yoga:
1. Focus
Practicing each move, through and with breath takes focus. Focus on detail, on the feeling of each pose, on balance, and on breath, live within. It so easy to loose focus of breath, and take it for granted.
2. Strength
Slow, steady movement, and stillness takes strength within and throughout the body. Letting go, instead of letting out equals strenght.
3. Calmness
The slowness of movement is calming, the center calms, the connection to myself and my core during practice calms, opens.

Motivation Starts With Clear Goal Setting

In order to be motivated into a life change, may it be loosing weight, starting an exercise program, improving standard of living, or finding a mate, concrete, detailed goal setting is essential.
Defining goals, not only through making a mental list of vague wants, but a serious comitment to yourself on paper, makes the manifestation of the wanted goal a far larger possibility. Writing down goals, gives the person the chance to categorize the goals, and with that define them more clearly.
While goal setting is imperitive, it is at times easier to define, what we do not want. Therefore exercises designed to identify and clarify the desires are to be used, to turn the negative thinking into a positive goal oriented focusing.
