Motivation Starts With Clear Goal Setting

In order to be motivated into a life change, may it be loosing weight, starting an exercise program, improving standard of living, or finding a mate, concrete, detailed goal setting is essential.
Defining goals, not only through making a mental list of vague wants, but a serious comitment to yourself on paper, makes the manifestation of the wanted goal a far larger possibility. Writing down goals, gives the person the chance to categorize the goals, and with that define them more clearly.
While goal setting is imperitive, it is at times easier to define, what we do not want. Therefore exercises designed to identify and clarify the desires are to be used, to turn the negative thinking into a positive goal oriented focusing.
