Detachment

To stay focused on positive emotions, as a part of the manifestation process of Law of Attraction, one can use the practice of Detachment.
Detachment means watching an action occur without any emotional involvement.
For example: Watching a news report on current affairs, without getting mad, sad, or allowing the watching of the show be anything beyond pure gathering of knowledge and information.
Detachment also means disconnecting ourselves from taking other people's actions personally.
Being aware of having a choice on how to feel and be affected by another persons action, gives you the chance to stay in control, by disconnecting yourself.
Focus on what is to your benefit, tune out - detach - from feeling for and about negative encounters. While focusing on what you do want in your life, instead of being affected by everything surrounding you, the Law of Attraction will attract more of the positive experiences you are choosing to focus on. With that the incidences, where you need to practice detachment will occur less often.
