			<title>Health and The Power of Thought</title>

                        <description><![CDATA[ <p>Your health is greatly affected by your thinking.</p>
<p>Scientists, psychiatrists and life coaches alike have spoken about this phenomenon numerous times.</p>
<p>Why do most people not utilize this?</p>
<p>Because our core believe system will object.</p>
<p>Our core believe system is our responds to how we react and thing about a certain situations. While the same situation - an increased workload for example - can create severe stress in one person, it can have an exhilarating effect on the other. The only difference is, the core believe system in the individual.</p>
<p>One person sees situations as an opportunity, while the other sees it as a burden.</p>
<p>What does that have to do with your health?</p>
<p>The physical effects of stress have been widely publicized, and are only one example, how our reaction to our environment, can effect our well-being. Headaches, back pains, increased blood pressure and insomnia are a small percentage of the symptoms of stress. </p>
<p>So by shifting your core believe, by choosing to think differently, stress can be reduced or eliminate and with that the physical symptoms. The effect of thought goes far beyond that, up to the creation of diseases, and the reaction and recovery from them, into which detail I will get another time. But stress has an impact on most people, including children in our society today.</p>
<p>What does that mean practically?</p>
<p>It means, that - going back to that example of the increased workload - looking at the situation as an opportunity to show your ability, or as an opportunity to learn to say no, whenever you feel you that the workload becomes too much, versus a reason to complain, but not take any action, changes the way we physically respond to the situation. </p>
<p>Looking at the situation in a different light, and changing our responds effects our health greatly. </p>

                        <description><![CDATA[ <p>Being healthy and strong, feeling good about the way you look and the way your body works, is a goal that many people share in common. The media, mainstream or otherwise bombards us with information on how to feel great, look even better, and stay healthy. Sorting through the information alone can seem like a whole lot of work, and considering that some of this information is contradicting, it becomes even more complicated.</p>
<p>It should not be this way.</p>
<p>It is not this way.</p>
<p>Health is easy work. It is a natural state of mind.&nbsp; It is the way you look at the world, and a principle to live by.</p>
<p>Set your intend to become and stay healthy. Have fun moving, breathing. Become more aware of your experiences, including what you are putting into your mouth. Relax, and come&nbsp; back to a natural state of mind, which includes balance. </p>
<p>Health is fun. It is your natural state of being. Set your intend.</p>

                        <description><![CDATA[ <p>To stay focused on positive emotions, as a part of the manifestation process of Law of Attraction, one can use the practice of Detachment.</p>
<p>Detachment means watching an action occur without any emotional involvement.</p>
<p>For example: Watching&nbsp; a news report on current affairs, without getting mad, sad, or allowing the watching of the show be anything beyond pure gathering of knowledge and information.</p>
<p>Detachment also means disconnecting ourselves from taking other people's actions personally.</p>
<p>Being aware of having a choice on how to feel and be affected by another persons action, gives you the chance to stay in control, by disconnecting yourself. </p>
<p>Focus on what is to your benefit, tune out - detach - from feeling for and about negative encounters. While focusing on what you do want in your life, instead of being affected by everything surrounding you, the Law of Attraction will attract more of the positive experiences you are choosing to focus on. With that the incidences, where you need to practice detachment will occur less often.</p>

			<title>The Power Within</title>

<p>Really? Do I really believe what this quote says?</p>
<p>Yes, I do. </p>
<p>In this time, where movies like "The Secret" and others like it have brought attention to the power of our thought, we become more aware as a public, what some scientist, philosophers, business people, life coaches, and other sucessful people&nbsp;already know.</p>
<p>Within us, lays the simple answer to all the questions we are looking for. Within us, we know already how to create the life we really want. Sometimes we just need to be reminded.</p>
<p>The principles of the Law of Attraction are simple, but need to be followed diligently. The good news is, that we can start, and re-start the process of co-creation at any time. We are not bound by our past, or what we used to believe. Actually we are already tought some of the answers, but we are usually listen with fear, and not love. So as we listen, in our service, however we choose to show gratitude toward our Source, we should listen to what we hear within ourselves. The message of love, the message of no worries, no fear, but the promise of abundance. </p>
<p>If you have felt real bliss, you know, how on a day such as that, all things go your way. There you have it! Those days are just a promise, of how it can be, how it is, if you shift they way you look at your world, they way you celebrate each moment. Shift your focus, and your reality will follow.</p>
<p>That is a promise. That is Law of Attraction.</p>

			<title>Letting Go - Why letting others be as they are, can be the best gift, you give yourself</title>

                        <description><![CDATA[ <p>People surrounding us, make choices, we usually would not dream of doing. I am sure, you have been confronted or witnessed a family member dating an inappropriate person (so we think), or a friend is selling herself short, by settling for a job that is below her abilities.</p>
<p>You wish you could help, you are full of adivice, and ready to point towrad what you know would be the best for them.</p>
<p><strong>Stop! Hold it, right there!</strong></p>
<p>Controlling other people choices&nbsp; or even giving unsolicitated comments regarding their situations, is not only a bad idea, but a burden that you should not be putting upon yourself!</p>
<p>Keep the following two points in mind:</p>
<p><strong>First</strong>: How does it feel when you are being told how you should choose? That was hard enough to take as a child and teenager. Do you really, honestly apprechiate unsolicitated advice. Did one ever really make you feel good, or at least better?</p>
<p><strong>Second: </strong>There is only one person, who you can change and who you should give your undivided attention to - if you do not have children - <strong>YOU!</strong></p>
<p>You deserve your attention, you deserve to reach your potential, you deserve to be focused on. Only when you are filled, truly can you take care of others, who <strong>choose</strong> to be taken care of or for by you ( again, I am not talking about relationship toward children, but adults)</p>
<p>So, let go, and give yourself the freedom of letting others make their own choices. Focus on yours, shine and maybe one day, those same people will come to you, asking, when it is the right time for them, how you have created such an abundant life. This is when you can go ahead, and give <strong>solicitated</strong> advice.</p>

			<title>What Makes The Difference? - The Feeling Place in Law of Attraction</title>

                        <description><![CDATA[ <p>Feelings are an important guideline in the process of Co-Creation - Process and making the Law of Attraction work for you.</p>
<p>While it is impossible to track each thought, your emotions are a reflection of what you are thinking, a combination of what is going on in your mind, and an indicator, to tell you, if you are alligned with your Source, and ultimatly alligned with what you want.</p>
<p>This brings us to the conclusion, that one way to create an abundance in our lives, is by being in the correct feeling place, directed toward the desired outcome.</p>
<p><strong>The Feeling of "Want" versus the Feeling of "Have"</strong></p>
<p>Ever wondered why it is relatively easy to manifest the perfect parking spot, or you can find just the right piece of information at the right time, but the larger things, like the brand-new sports car, or the spacious house in the safe location, are eluding you?</p>
<p>The difference in the outcome is the difference of the feeling one brings toward their goals. You expect the manifestation of a parking lot to be easy, so you look at it from the position of already "having" your desire, without a doubt, seeing it as a fact.</p>
<p>At the same time, the emotion put forward the car, or house are a that of a "want", something that you expect to happen in the future, something you are planning for. As long as the feeling is directed at "want" versus "have", you are creating more "want", instead of "have".</p>
<p>One of the basics in becoming sucessful at mastering the Law of Attraction in your life is to expect what you are asking for to come toward you. Picture a wishlist you have made to your Creator, who always answers your wishes on Christmas, precicely as you asked for. He is already looking for it, making it, shaping it, just like you asked for, so he can place it in a box and wrap it for you. </p>
<p>You&nbsp;began&nbsp;your part of the&nbsp;contract when you asked, you follow instructions when you received them, now accept that it, whatever it is you asked for,&nbsp;is on it's way. No exeptions. </p>
<p>While you are waiting, keep staying grateful for what you already have, and be grateful for what is about to become.</p>
